SMD-500 Desanding Plant Description:
SMD-500 V2 slurry treatment system is designed to treat a large quantity of mud used in the working process of HYDROMILL.
SMD-500 slurry treatment system is designed with a modular structure, consisting of coarse-screen shaker module, desander & desilter module, raw mud tank group and mud feed tank. The coarse-screen shaker module is equipped with coarse screens used to remove large particles. The desander & desilter module is equipped with two desanding cyclones, eight desilting cyclones and a fine-screen shaker. The fine-screen shaker is designed with double-deck screens, respectively used for underflow shakers of desander and desilter.
Through treatments of coarse-screen shaker, desander, desilter and fine-screen shaker, gravels and earth can be effectively separated from mud, and the treated mud can be recycled.
SMD-500/30 V2 Desanding Plant contains:
- a scalping coarse shaker TR-500
- a desanding package of CY-500 x 2
- a desilting package of CY-150 x 8
- a feeding tank equipped with a VFD Gravel Pump
- a group of 4EA 20ft slurry tanks system
